Alternative water sources to be purified for walk-in refills at selected WC franchisees

We would like to inform customers that some Western Cape stores have identified alternative, non-municipal water sources to continue the walk-in refill service.

The water from these sources will also be treated with our world-class purification systems, to ensure clean, purified water that is free from chlorine, chemicals and contaminants.

We would like to reiterate that until the Level 6B water restrictions have been lifted, we will stand by our statement to suspend walk-in refills at Western Cape stores that do not have access to alternative water sources. This is our effort as a company to #DefeatDayZero.
