Nominations For the 2023 – 2024 Franchise Representative Council

As communicated at the recent Annual Franchise Conference, nominations for the 2023-2024 Franchise Representative Council are now open. This year, for your convenience, we are running the nomination process using this digital platform.

Under the guidance and leadership of the FRC Chairman Peter Kellar, the FRC has played a key role in helping to navigate the organisation through changing times.

We would like to thank the current FRC for their valuable time and input into assisting with the development of the H2O|BWT organisation.

For purposes of rotation, the constitution rules that a member can stand for a maximum of only two periods and also states that the vice chairman is the preferred candidate to take on the chairmanship. Please click on the link below and read through the constitution for further details and clarity.

Please consult with your nominated franchisee/s to confirm if they are available to stand on the FRC.

In the event that your first nomination is not available, the second nomination will apply.

With the ever-evolving business environment, it was decided to run an expanded FRC for the 2022/23 period.

The FRC currently consists of the following Franchisees;

• Peter Kellar – Chairman – Mpumulanga
• John Docherty – Vice Chairman – Somerset West
• Chris Le Mesurier – Sales and Corporate – Cape Town City Bowl
• Faheem Mohamed – Communications – Sandton
• Adrian Schoeman – Marketing – Durban North
• Donald Bradbury – IT – East London

The Constitution of the FRC allows for 4 elected and 1 nominated representative, once nominations are received, if there is a tie for a position, then a vote is required to determine the successful nominee. The new FRC will then meet to vote for their chairman and vice-chairman role.
