With a successful career in the Hotel and Restaurant industry spanning 20 years, Jan discovered an early appreciation for water purification products which served to make a significant difference in enhancing the taste and aroma of beverages and life expectancy of coffee machines.

His earlier career taught him the importance of product and service consistency and exceeding customer expectations. And that the only way to achieve customer satisfaction is to be meticulous with all the elements.

After years of consulting as a specialist in Botswana, Jan set his focus on the water industry saying that he needed to find a career path and business concept that focused and traded with necessities instead of luxuries. So it seems that water was the obvious choice as it’s essential to everyone and the future value aspect was also appealing.
