Description
Ecosoft Standard reverse osmosis filter with mineral filter is designed for the purification of water at the molecular level and its enrichment with essential minerals. Filter capacity – 8 litres per hour. The filter purifies water from 99.8% of contaminants, including viruses and bacteria.
The advantages of reverse osmosis
RO (reverse osmosis) is the most reliable water treatment technology available for everyone.
The main element of the filter is an RO membrane. The Ecosoft Standard filter has a membrane element with a capacity of 8 litres per hour. Purified water does not require boiling and is completely safe for small children. Therefore, with an RO filter, you can enjoy pure and tasty water every day at an affordable price.
Filtration stages
In the process of purifying, water passes through 6 stages.
Stage one
Removes large particles (more than 5 microns) of mechanical impurities (silt, sand, rust, scale).
Replacement filter media – polypropylene fiber.
Stage two
Removes chlorine, organic and organochlorine compounds (pesticides, dioxides, etc.). As a result, the taste, colour and odour of water is improved.
Replacement filter media – granulated activated carbon produced by Calgon Carbon (USA).
Stage three
Fine cleaning of mechanical and organic impurities.
Replacement filter media – carbon-block.
Stage four
Reverse osmosis. The pre-cleaned water under pressure is passed through a membrane. Purified water is fed to the next stage of filtration, and pollution that has not passed through the membrane along with wastewater is discharged into the sewage system.
Stage five
Post carbon cartridge absorbs the gases dissolved in the water and gives the water a pleasant and natural taste.
Replacement filter media – activated carbon from coconut shell.
Stage six
Water is enriched with minerals.
BPA FREE. Ecosoft reverse osmosis filters are made from primary food-grade material (polypropylene). In the production of these plastics, bisphenol is not used, and their composition is in accordance with the EU Directive “Items used for contact with food”.

Filter maintenance requires seasonal replacements of the filter elements.
Cartridge replacement interval:
- set of replacement filters 1-2-3 – every 3 months;
- set of replacement filters 4-5 – once a year;
- Mineralization filter – every 6 months.
If you do not plan to use the filter for a long time, it is recommended to shut off the water supply to it.
