Reduce the Toxins in your Environment

We came across an article the other day from author Jordan Rubin, Maker’s Diet: The 40 Day Health Experience That Will Change Your Life Forever. We have selected applicable portions of the article that we know will be of interest to you.

You can eat health, exercise and take supplements but you can still not be living healthy life because of water, air and skin and body care products. Many of us drink purified bottle water because we know that chlorine is harmful to our internal organs. But every day, we stand naked under warm running tap water for 15 minutes or more as we shower. Our pores open and our skin absorbs toxins like chlorine. You can test this by rubbing a clove of garlic on the sole of your foot. Within 30 minutes, chances are you’ll have garlic breath because the skin has absorbed the garlic and it is now in your blood stream.

At H2O International SA, we have a very easy solution to this problem:

As for our air quality, we all spend too much time indoors, breathing recirculated, unhealthy air. The simple solution will astound you. Open your windows. Even if you live in areas of high smog and pollution like Los Angeles, the air inside is up to 35 times more toxic than the air outside. Change your air conditioning filters more often. Buy houseplants, which can help filter toxins in the air within a 100 square foot radius.

An H2O International SA air purifier is fantastic for cleaning out indoor air pollution:
